Throughout his life Tom has been passionate about the environment and has a keen interest in using business solutions to tackle environmental and social problems. Following a year of ideas and investigations, in the summer of 2006 he gave up his role as a care home manager in Brighton in order to set up The Big Lemon. |

Graeme has a number of years experience in IT and currently runs his own business - itzo. He and Tom have been good friends for many years and have had a lot of fun bringing The Big Lemon into life together! |
