Leyland Olympian Double decker bus
NTC 132Y
This 1983 Roe Bodied Leyland Olympian was new to Bristol Omnibuses. Later part of the Stagecoach group it was sold to Nu Venture , Tonbridge. Then passes to Blueworks LTD who then loaned the bus to The Big Lemon back in 2007. This was the icon of The Big Lemon. Our double decker. It was a great bus. But as our service collapsed in December 2007 this bus was put out of use. When we started bus services again this bus was not part of it and just slept in our yard. Until July 2008 when Blueworks LTD came to pick it up and that was the last we ever heard of this bus. This bus will always be remembered in the hisory of The Big Lemon. We think this bus is now scrapped. It needed a new MOT and would of cost a bomb to get it through. But NTC 132Y will always be a true Lemon bus.
