Lewes bus rally 2009

On Sunday 31 May 2009 The Big Lemon went to the Lewes Bus Rally. This was the first ever Lewes Bus Rally and it did not disappoint. Altogether there were 28 vehicles there from a 1953 Bristol K type to a 2007 Scania Omnidekka.
We took M461 LLJ, a Dennis Dart with an East Lancs body becuase we think it is the most tidy and looks the best.
We were meant to be down to do 1 rally route at 1530 to Bentley Wildfowl & Motor Museum. However, due to a breakdown on one of the other coaches we ended up doing the 1130 to Uckfield Station via the Lavender Line too.
This was a great day and Tom, Neil, Ryan and the bus all enjoyed it.
