Volvo B10M Plaxton paramount coach
E968 KDP
This coach was new to Frames Rickards of Brentford in 1988 under the plate of E169 OMD. Previous owners include Owens of Yately and later Rambler coaches of Hastings.
Purchased by The Big Lemon in April 2009 it was our first coach. It was soon after painted bright yellow and now offered us to be able to do coach hire work.
However in July 2010 968 had an engine failure. By now we already had another B10M coach D222 LWY. So the most sensible thing to do was to take the engine from 222 and transfer is into 968 as 968 has a greater life expectancy.
